Account Registration & Management
Opening an account on 77vip is free and straightforward. However, you must follow a few important rules during registration.
- Each person may register only one account. If two accounts are found to belong to the same individual, both may be suspended.
- You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth during registration. Providing inaccurate information may cause issues with account verification or withdrawals.
- Keeping your password and login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your account with anyone else is not permitted.
- If your password or account details appear to have been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
- For large withdrawals, identity verification (KYC) may be required — such as a national ID card or passport.
- If an account remains inactive (no activity for 12 consecutive months), an administrative fee may be deducted.
Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address may result in all accounts and associated balances being forfeited.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

- The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. The maximum may vary depending on the payment method.
- Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes. If there is a delay due to network issues, please contact support.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Withdrawals may be placed on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. The withdrawal method must match the method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Payments will only be made to the registered account holder's own mobile banking number.
- Any transaction issues must be reported to the support team within 72 hours. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted.
Always save your transaction ID and screenshot when making a deposit or withdrawal — these will be helpful if any issues arise.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
77vip offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. To claim these benefits and withdraw bonus balances, the following conditions must be met.
- To receive the welcome bonus, your first deposit must be at least BDT 500. The bonus amount and terms may vary by promotion.
- To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirement (typically 15–30x the bonus amount).
- Not all games may be available for play with bonus funds. Game-specific restrictions will be noted in the promotion details.
- Every bonus has an expiry period (typically 7–30 days). If the wagering conditions are not met within that period, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
- Abusing bonus offers — for example, multiple members of the same household claiming the same bonus — is a punishable offence and may result in account closure.
- 77vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active will result in the bonus balance being cancelled. Make sure you understand the bonus terms before withdrawing.
Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
77vip is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited.
- Using any fraudulent software, bots, automated systems, or hacking tools.
- Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or colluding with others to influence game outcomes.
- Using the 77vip platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
- Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses or exploit the system.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in inappropriate conduct toward other players, support staff, or 77vip employees.
- Running unauthorized operations using the 77vip brand, logo, or identity.
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Legal action may also be taken where necessary.
Responsible Gaming Policy

- You can set your own deposit limits, betting limits, or session time limits directly in your account settings.
- Self-Exclusion: If you feel your gaming is getting out of control, you can request to have your account temporarily suspended for a set period.
